In My Mailbox (6)

Since I got a lot of books this week I won't put up pictures

Along for the Ride by Sarah Dessen

I found this at walmart on Monday and just had to get it even though I have never read a Sarah Dessen book before!!!!

It’s been so long since Auden slept at night. Ever since her parents’ divorce—or since the fighting started. Now she has the chance to spend a carefree summer with her dad and his new family in the charming beach town where they live.
A job in a clothes boutique introduces Auden to the world of girls: their talk, their friendship, their crushes. She missed out on all that, too busy being the perfect daughter to her demanding mother. Then she meets Eli, an intriguing loner and a fellow insomniac who becomes her guide to the nocturnal world of the town. Together they embark on parallel quests: for Auden, to experience the carefree teenage life she’s been denied; for Eli, to come to terms with the guilt he feels for the death of a friend.

The Pretty One by Cheryl Kam
All Megan Fletcher had wanted was to be like her sister Lucy: a beautiful, thin girl whom everyone at the Chesapeake School for Performing Arts worshipped and adored. While Lucy was a star actress with lots of fans, Megan had always been hiding behind the set designs that she and her best friend Simon had created, hoping that no one would notice her.And then one day, life as Megan knew it had changed forever. Megan wasin an accident that disfigured her face and plastic surgeons had torestructure it very carefully. Only no one would have thought that whenthe bandages came off, Megan would be even more beautiful than Lucy . . .

Privilege by Kate Brian
I have already read this but I got it from the library and I found a copy at Half Price Books so I had to get it.

MOST GIRLS WOULD DIE FOR A LIFE OF PRIVILEGE....
SOME WOULD EVEN KILL FOR IT.
Ariana Osgood ruled exclusive Easton Academy -- until she was arrested for murdering Thomas Pearson. She's spent the past two years at the Brenda T. Trumbull Correctional Facility for Women plotting her escape and is determined to get a second chance at the glamorous life she left behind. And Ariana will do anything to get her way....
From the author of the bestselling Private novels comes a new series about

Beautiful Disasters by Kate Brian
Once I found Privilege I had to go back to Barnes and Noble to get this.

She's Back....
After wasting away in a mental institution for a year and a half, Ariana Osgood is finally back where she belongs. She has a new look, a new name, and a new life -- all thanks to her former friend Briana Leigh Covington.
Now enrolled as a junior at the exclusive Atherton-Pryce boarding school just outside of D.C., Ariana sleeps in Frette sheets, flirts with the captain of the crew team, and gossips with the most beautiful girls on campus. She killed to get back her life of privilege. Just how far will she go to keep it?

Oh. My. Gods. by Tera Lynn Childs
I have read this too. I had to beg my mom to get this. But shes read the book and liked it.

If Phoebe Castro can keep her grades up and have another stellar cross-country season, her dream of attending USC with her best friends is only a track scholarship away. She’s made all her plans, so it’s a complete shock when her mom announces she’s marrying a mysterious stranger and moving them half-way around the world—to Greece.
Phoebe’s stuck on a secret island in the Aegean attending the super-exclusive Academy, where her new stepfather is the headmaster and the kids are anything but your average students—they are descendants of the Greek gods, super powers included. That’s right, Greek gods are no myth! If Phoebe thought high school was hard, she knows this is going to be mortal misery.
Securing that scholarship seems like Phoebe’s only ticket out of Greece, but training and maintaining her grades will be grueling, even without a sabotaging stepsister from Hades and a gorgeous guy—what a god!—who just might be her Achilles heel. One thing is for sure—summoning the will to win and find her place among the gods could be Phoebe’s toughest course yet.
The Greek gods get a makeover in this romantic odyssey of mythic proportion.

Goddess Boot Camp bt Tera Lynn Childs
I just to get this my mom also wanted to read it.

Phoebe recently discovered she’s a descendent of Nike (the goddess, not the shoe), and now she's finding out that supernatural powers come with a crazy learning curve. Her new stepfather, headmaster of the Academy for descendants of Greek gods, has enrolled her in Dynamotheos Development Camp—aka Goddess Boot Camp—with a bunch of ten-year-olds for the summer. Embarrassing as that is, hopefully it’ll help her get control of her powers in time to pass the test of the gods, continue training hard enough to qualify for the Pythian Games (the only sporting event bigger than the Olympics), and enjoy her godly boyfriend, Griffin, all while avoiding getting smoted for accidental misuse of powers!

Twenty Boy Summer By Sarah Ockler
I heard this was good so I had to get it.

According to her best friend Frankie, twenty days in ZanzibarBay is the perfect opportunity to have a summer fling, and if they meet one boy ever day, there's a pretty good chance Anna will find her first summer romance. Anna lightheartedly agrees to the game, but there's something she hasn't told Frankie---she's already had that kind of romance, and it was with Frankie's older brother, Matt, just before his tragic death one year ago.Beautifully written and emotionally honest, this is a debut novel that explores what it truly means to love someone and what it means to grieve, and ultimately, how to make the most of every single moment this world has to offer.

I got the first 9 books in The Gossip Girl Series.

Half Price books had them on clearence and 2 other series I really wanted to buy but couldn't. I actually got ten but I got a duplicate by accident since they were bundles.

Gossip Girl
You Know You Love Me
AllI want Is Everything
Because I'm Worth It
I Like It LIke That
You're The One That I want
Nobody Does It Better
Nothing Can Keep Us Together
Only In Your Dreams
